ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION
Quality management is the set of all activities carried out within a production reality and by staff committed to achieving the objectives of the quality policy.
In particular, the ISO 9001 standard is today the best known international quality management standard applicable to any organization, regardless of size, type and economic sector.
The ISO 9001 standard defines and specifies the minimum requirements of the quality management system that the organization must demonstrate to satisfy in order to guarantee the quality level of products and services. Complying with the standard represents the opportunity for the organization to build a management system that takes into account all the business processes to ensure the optimization of the use of its resources, to reduce production costs, to achieve the expected objectives and to maintain a constant quality level of its product / service in order to increase customer satisfaction.
The process approach in development, which incorporates the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle and riskbased thinking, the implementation and improvement of the effectiveness of a quality management system, are intended to increase the customer satisfaction through compliance with customer requirements.
Given the opportunities related to the standard, iWIM srl has started to apply the quality management system obtaining the certification of its system based on the international standard UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015, certificate nQ-903/17 issued by the certification body QS CERTIFICAZIONI ITALIA SRL, for the following sector: design, assembly, marketing and testing activities of weighing instruments with automatic operation.
As mentioned above, the application of the standard provides for the execution of internal and external processes according to procedures, controls and parameters specific. In this way iWIM srl is able to guarantee the supply of its products and services with greater reliability, quality and efficiency. In addition, the tools provided by the standard, customer satisfaction feedback and the careful quality policy pursued by the company, support the path taken by iWIM srl in the continuous search for improvement.
